As our guest we offer a complimentary wine tasting of our current releases. Served on our terrazzo it is a relaxing way to enjoy the vinous pleasure of our very special Valle. We serve our wines with a selection of local cheeses, condiments and fresh baked bread, all the tastes of our very special artisanal providers.

Our Estate blend much like our 2017, it belies it’s light Ruby color with mouth fulling flavors of Orange Peel, Licorice , fresh prunes and all Spice. It’s 13.2% alcohol makes it a perfect match for a wide range of dishes.

Our fifth “Estate” Chateauneuf du Pape blend celebrates our tenth Vintage and establishes our “house” style with its bright red rose color and aromas of plums, violets and pepper.
On the palette, Black flavors of Berries, Pepper and Currants predominate with a smokey overtone.

Our Terraza is perfect for your special event or occasion. We can seat up to 24 guests and our custom Tuscan grill can turnout perfect grilled foods. You can be your chef, or we can arrange a private chef to plan and produce a menu to your particular taste.
